Also included are informational pictures of roof, attic, crawlspace, major appliances, water pressure, shutoff locations and infrared pictures of electrical panel and heating and air systems.

Sewer Scope

One of the most valuable inspections for a potential homebuyer. When purchasing a home, typically the homeowner is responsible for the sewer line all the way to where it ties into the main city line in the street. A tiny fiber optic camera is snaked through the sewer line, a video is recorded with narration inspecting for defects such as tree roots, collapsed lines, damaged pipes, cracks, misaligned pipes, offsets, sag and dips or any foreign objects clogging the line.

Mold Inspections

Mold can be a potential health hazard and is often hidden from the naked eye. Allergies, respiratory issues, and breathing problems can all be a result of mold exposure. A mold inspection from a certified professional can expose mold problems and help protect you from potential hazards. Your inspector will take indoor/outdoor air quality samples and can also do swab tests to check various surfaces for invisible mold spores.
